🔺 As Seen On TV. The Lobos will be on national television four more times this football season! The Mountain West Conference and TNT Sports signed a multi-year agreement for live college football games to air on truTV and Max. New Mexico will play Fresno State, Air Force, Utah State, and Wyoming on the truTV/Max waves. The Lobos will have nine games on national television.

🔺 Everybody Loves Chris. Lobo men’s tennis coach Chris Russell announced his retirement yesterday. He spent the last three season at New Mexico and led the Lobos to the 2023 Mountain West regular season title. The Lobos finished nationally ranked in the last two seasons. The Lobos’ first CSC Academic All-American, Alex Maggs, was named under Coach Russell.

🔺 Reunited At Last. Lobo softball welcomes Mackenzie Bennett as an assistant coach! She reunites with her former head coach Nicole Dickson, who she played for at Stephen F. Austin. Mackenzie was a graduate assistant at SFA last season, after playing five seasons with the Lumberjacks. She started in 136 games, slashing .330/.387/.591 with 101 RBIs.
