📈 STOCK UP

🔼 Top Dogs. Two Lobos received women’s golf conference honors this week! Lauren Lehigh was named First Team All-Mountain West as she sits ranked No. 77 nationally. She set the school record with 22 rounds of par or better and was the individual runner-up at the Mountain West Championship. Myah McDonald receive Second Team All-Mountain West honors for the first time in her career. She has two top-five finishes this season. Both ladies will compete as individuals next week at the NCAA Las Vegas Regional.

🔼 Thriller Thursday. How ‘bout those Lobos! The Lobo softball team had a thrilling win over Fresno State after nine innings of play. The teams were tied at three until DeNae Vasquez-Dickson hit to the left center gap and scored Rachael Hathoot for the win. Keyannah Chavez and Chloe Yeatts hit home runs to take the lead earlier in the game. They’ll rematch today at 1 pm. Seniors Savannah Braun, Rachael Hathoot, Amber Linton, Savana Martinez, Diamond Sandoval, and Taylor Snow will be honored before tomorrow’s 10 am start.

🔼 Back For More. Lobo baseball is headed to Las Vegas this weekend to take on UNLV again. The Lobos swept the Rebels in Albuquerque earlier this season. Another series sweep would mean another 26-win season for Coach Tod Brown and the Lobos. New Mexico is currently tied for second-place in the conference and three Lobos swept the Mountain West weekly honors this week. Tonight and tomorrow’s games are set for 7 pm and Sunday’s finale is scheduled for 1 pm. All three games will stream on the Mountain West Network.

🐺 ONE BIG THING

Congrats, Grads. Congratulations to all of our Lobo student-athletes who received their stoles this week! They are champions for life. Men’s tennis player Alex Maggs gave the keynote speech. Watch the recap and hear from some of the Lobos!
