📈 STOCK UP
🔼 Comeback Kid. Last season, he suffered a season ending ACL tear. This season, Tavian Combs leads FBS defensive backs in tackles per game with 10.5. He just landed on the Comeback Player of the Year Watch List! He’s one of 13 players in the nation to be averaging double-digit tackles per game. His numbers are pretty impressive — 42 tackles, 3.0 for loss, a pass breakup, a quarterback hurry, a forced fumble, and a blocked field goal.
🔼 Road Trippin’. The Lobo road trip starts today as the soccer team heads to Nevada! The Lobos are 10-1-2 all-time against Nevada and have outscored them 23-7. The match starts tonight at 8pm and you can tune in on the Mountain West Network! Take a listen to Coach Dyche’s weekly press conference as they hit the road.
🔼 Staying Home. The volleyball team is home tonight against Wyoming! It’s Student Appreciation and Greek Night so be sure to show up and show out. The Lobos went 2-0 last week and sit on a three-game winning streak. The defense ranks No. 7 in the nation in opponent hitting percentage, No. 11 in digs per set, and No. 29 in blocks per set. The match starts at 6:30pm tonight, get your tickets early!
