Today, softball signs third pitcher, relive history, and more.

Good morning! Men’s basketball coach Richard Pitino and players finished their second round of youth camp this week!

What else is Brewin’ today?

🥎 Coach Dickson signs another
🏈 Relive a moment in history
🐺 And much, much more!

📈 STOCK UP

🔺 Circle Up. Meet the newest Lobo softball member, Lexi Atcitty! She’s a left-handed pitcher who spent two season at BYU. The Lehi, Utah native becomes the third pitcher and fourth player that Coach Nicole Dickson has signed this offseason.

Pitching wise, we are bringing in three impact players. Nova has over 200-plus innings and comes from a winning program at Paris Junior College. Marina is a high-velo lefty with a competitive edge and is mentally tough, and we also expect her to contribute offensively as a hitter and outfielder. Lexi is an athletic lefty with the ability to mix speeds. She’s also a mature, servant-leader teammate and someone I expect to make an impact right away.

🔺 Hnida’s History. Former Lobo placekicker Katie Hnida was the first woman to play and score in an FBS football game. In 2003, she kicked an extra point to make history. Hear Katie talk about that time and what being a Lobo meant to her.

🔺 Building Foundation. The Lobos are working hard this summer! Summer Workouts Mix 1 is here, take a dive into their workouts.
