🔼 Another One Bites The Dust. Last night’s 89-55 win over Nevada was the fifth-straight double-digit win for the Lobos men’s basketball team! The 25th-ranked Lobos just can’t be stopped in The Pit. Jaelen House was the man of the night, scoring 21 points with six assists and six steals. He surpassed the 200 career-steals mark. Nelly Junior Joseph picked up a double-double, scoring 12 points and grabbing 10 boards. Coach Pitino’s father, also named Coach Pitino, was part of the 15,021 Lobo fans in attendance last night.

🔼 Double-Double Trouble. The women’s basketball team pushed their win streak to four after a win at Air Force over the weekend. Nyah Wilson was the star of the show with another 24-point game and added 10 rebounds for her first career double-double. Charlotte Kohl also had a double-double with 10 points and 13 boards. She has four on the year. Aniyah Augmon was close to being the third Lobo with a double-double during the game, scoring 10 points and nine rebonds. The Lobos head to San José State on Wednesday, looking to extend that win streak to five.

🔼 Break Out The Brooms. The Lobos had a swimming & diving meet at New Mexico State this weekend and Kristen Hepfer put on a show. The senior swept the 1-meter and 3-meter diving titles for the first time in her career. Layni Andrle got her first win of the year in the 200-yard medley. The Lobos also won the 200-freestyle relay.

🔼 Start To Spring. It’s finally time for more Lobo golf! The men’s team will kick off the spring season today and tomorrow at the National Invitational Tournament in Tucson, Arizona. They’ll go up against 18 teams, 11 of which are ranked in the top 60. The lineup will consist of Albert Boneta, Matthew Watkins, Carson Herron, Bastien Amat, and Alvaro Portillo. They rank No. 28 after the fall portion of play.
