🔼 Cowboys and Lobos. The men’s basketball team is looking for their first conference win tomorrow night as they host Wyoming. The Cowboys are coming off of a buzzer beater win over San José State on Tuesday. The Lobos fell to No. 13 Colorado State at their place earlier this week. Tip-off is at 8 pm and you can still get tickets here! If you’re staying inside, you can tune in on CBS Sports Network.

🔼 The Other Bronco. The women’s basketball team is back home tomorrow as they host Boise State. The Lobos started conference play 1-0, while Boise State dropped their first two Mountain West matchups. Four Lobos are averaging double figures — Paula Reus, Nyah Wilson, Vianè Cumber, and Aniyah Augmon. Boise State leads the conference in scoring defense, so they’ll need to be ready to roll tomorrow. They’ll tip-off at 2 pm on the Mountain West Network.

🔼 Headed South. The Lobo swimming & diving team will head down to North Texas for a meet with the Mean Green tomorrow morning at 11 am. This is the first meet of 2024 for both teams and the first in almost two months for North Texas. The Lobos were at the UNLV Invitational just a few weeks ago, where Jordan Foster was crowned top scorer overall. The two teams have only met one time, in October of 2022.

🔼 Hall Of Famer. Former Lobo football player Teton Saltes will be inducted into the North American Indigenous Athletics Hall of Fame in March! He was the 2020 Wuerffel Trophy Winner. He’ll be inducted alongside his mother, who was a basketball player at BYU and track and field athlete at Utah State.

🐺 ONE BIG THING

Saturday will be a busy one at The Pit! Arrive early before the men’s game and meet Lobo legend and former NBA star Michael Cooper! The 5-time NBA Champion will be having a meet and greet on the north concourse at 7:30 pm on Saturday. There will also be signed merchandise available for purchase. You won’t want to miss this opportunity!
