📈 STOCK UP

🔼  Feeling Fabulous. The Lobos men’s basketball team survived and advanced in the Mountain West Tournament! They took down Air Force 82-56 to advance to the quarterfinals in fabulous Las Vegas. Co-Freshman of the Year JT Toppin led the Lobos with 18 points and 11 rebounds. Jaelen House was behind him with 16 points, while Tru Washington put on a show for his birthday with 14 points. They’ll take on Boise State in the quarterfinals tonight at 9:30pm MT on CBS Sports Network.

🔼 Making A Splash. Alice English and Kristen Hepfer represented the Lobos well at the NCAA Diving Zones. Alice placed 27th in the 1-meter, 36th in the platform dive, and 42nd in the 3-meter. Kristen placed 39th in the platform dive and 43rd in the 1-meter. Now, we look at the Lobo swimmers at the National Invitational Swimming Championships. Jordan Foster, Iryna Tsesiul, Sophia Corder, and Linda Franco will represent the Lobos in Florida today and tomorrow.

🔼 Shocked ‘Em. The men’s tennis team swept Wichita State in their opening match in Wilmington, North Carolina yesterday. Arda Azkara and Alex Maggs won their doubles match and both singles matches. The Lobos are now 2-0 against the Shockers this season. They’ll take on UNC Wilmington on Friday at 12 pm.

🔼 Family Business. Lobo bros Arthur and Charles Steinkamp play football and baseball, respectively, for New Mexico. They’ve leaned on each other for support and have kept the family tradition of being Lobo athletes alive. Hear all about their story above!

Legendary Lobos. The Mountain West 25th Season Teams were released for men’s and women’s basketball, and there were three legendary Lobos on each! Ruben Douglas, Danny Granger, and Kendall Williams made the men’s team. Jordan Adams, Cherise Beynon, and Dionne Marsh were named to the women’s team.
