🔼 Gaining Talent. The women’s tennis team has signed Rebekkah Gaines from Florida A&M University! The junior led FAMU to the 2023 SWAC Tournament Championships and a trip to the NCAA Tournament. She earned First Team All-SWAC at No. 1 singles in 2023 and 2024.

I chose UNM because from the moment I stepped on campus I felt welcomed and I instantly clicked with the entire coaching staff and the girls on the team. I also loved the facilities and the support the community gives to the tennis team and all of UNM Athletics. I am excited to play in the West as well as looking forward to the competitive play in and out of conference
