🔺 On Track. Track and field athletes started competition at the NCAA Outdoor Championships. On Wednesday, Habtom Samuel eased past the the line at 27:51.31, winning by a margin of 2.73 seconds for his second 10,000-meter championship (also achieved in 2024) as well as the third Lobo all-time to win the event. On Thursday, Taniya Looney earned Second Team All-American honors in the 100m and the 200m. Pamela Kosgei took second in the 10,000m.
