🔺 Weekly Honors. Three football players earned weekly honors from multiple outlets. Cade Keith was named Honorable Mention for the John Mackey Tight End of the Week, Mountain West Offensive Player of the Week and Mountain West Freshman of the Week. Keith set career-highs for receptions with seven and yards with 104. D.J. McKinney was named to the Paul Hornung Award Honor Roll. He scored on a 49-yard punt return and added a one-yard running touchdown.

🔺 Watch List. Punter Daniel Hughes was named to the Ray Guy Award Watch List. The award recognizes the best punter in the nation. He is averaging 47.3 yards per punt, just 0.05 yards per game behind Corey Bojorquez's school single-season record (Bojorquez was at 47.31, Hughes is at 47.26).

🔺 Top 4. The men’s golf team finished in fourth place at The Clerico. The team is now done with the fall schedule. New Mexico had an overall score of 871 (+31). Johnnie Clark and Thayer Plewe led the Lobos. They each had a score of 217 (+7) and tied for 13th individually.
