🔼 Sweet Carolina. The men’s golf squad was selected to an NCAA Regional at The Cliffs at Keowee Falls in Salem, South Carolina. This is the Lobos 30th NCAA Regional and they’ve reached the Championships 18 times. The top 5 teams in the regional will advance to the Championships in Scottsdale, Arizona. Cheer on the Lobos May 15-17!

🔼 Leading The Pack. The Lobos lead the pack of NCAA baseball teams with the highest batting average in the country, .342. The team is ranked second in slugging percentage, .580, and fifth in hits with 513. The Lobo offense also ranks ninth in doubles per game and fourteenth in runs. The boys will be back in action this weekend against UNLV!

🔼  Trending Up. The Lobos are a trending topic in the women’s track and field world, as they lead the nation with the No. 1 10,000m squad ranking. They also sit at No. 2 in the steeple chase event. Coming in at No. 8 is the 1,500m squad and No. 10 in the 5,000m event. The team is No. 24 nationally. The men cracked the top-10 in the 400m event, coming in at No. 9.

🐺 ONE BIG THING

Aced It. Every New Mexico sport passed the NCAA Academic Progress Rate Report for the 13th straight year! The men’s cross country team and women’s golf team passed with a perfect score of 1,000.
