📈 STOCK UP

🔼 Made It Quick. The Lobos got out of Las Cruces fast by run-ruling the Aggies by the score of 13-0 in just seven innings. Dylan Ditzenberger had a night, getting on base in all five at-bats. Jaren Jackson threw five shutout innings. The Lobos put on somewhat of a home run derby that started with Devon Dixon hitting a long ball in the fifth. Lenin Ashby and Justin Olsen hit back-to-back jacks in the top of the sixth to extend the lead to 13. Mountain West play resumes this weekend at Air Force.

🔼 Spring Fever. Check out Coach Danny Gonzales’s spring press conference covering everything new coming to the stadium, the new training center, and spring football progress. Night of Champions is coming May 1st in the new New Mexico Mutual Champions Training Center.

🔼  Taking Charge. The women’s golf team has taken the number one spot in the Mountain West Conference Championship after round one yesterday. The Lobos shot 3-under par and totaled 285. San Jose State sits behind in second with 2-under par. Jenny Lertsadwattana is tied for first at 4-under.

Student-Athletes. Congratulations to the ten student-athletes who were honored for graduating with a 4.0 GPA! These students include Kamie Hamada, Lauren Lehigh, and Chloe Lauer of women’s golf, Arthur Steinkamp of baseball, Alex Maggs of men’s tennis, Myah Isais, Paris Dalton, and Sakura Yoshida of soccer, Camillo Dunninger of men’s track and field, and Abbe Goldstein of women’s track and field. The women’s golf team turned in a 2022 GPA of 4.03.
