🔺 Road Woes. The men’s basketball team suffered their first Mountain West loss at San José State, falling 71-70. It was a back-and-forth battle in the final minute, but a Spartan score with 2.2 seconds left wrapped things up. Nelly Junior Joseph led the Lobos with 20 points. Donovan Dent scored 17 and added five assists. He remains the only player in the nation to have at least 10 points and four assists in every game this season.

🔺 Opponent Announced. A new opponent has been announced for the 2026 Lobo football season! New Mexico will host Mercyhurst University on September 12, 2026. Mercyhurst belongs to the Northeast Conference. This will be the first time the Lobos host a team from the Eastern Time Zone since 2022.
