🔺 DD For Three. Men’s basketball’s Donovan Dent has been named Mountain West Player of the Week for the third time this season! He averaged 27 points, 5.5 assists, and 2.5 rebounds per game in last week’s wins over Fresno State and UNLV. He becomes the first Lobo to earn three awards in a season since Elijah Brown in 2015-16.

🔺 Traveling Tuesday. The women’s basketball team plays on the road at Boise State tonight at 6:30 p.m. on the Mountain West Network. The Lobos are 4-0 in conference games on the road this season! This game features two of the top three offenses in the Mountain West, with New Mexico second with 73 points per game and Boise State third at 71.2.

🔺 Thank You. Assistant Vice President and Deputy A.D. For New Mexico Athletics Dave Williams is leaving New Mexico after six years of service. He served as Interim VP/AD last fall. He joins former Lobo VP/AD Eddie Nuñez at Houston. In his time at New Mexico, Williams oversaw external affairs, marketing, tickets, licensing, and other revenue generation areas. He was instrumental in hiring Richard Pitino and most recently new VP/AD Fernando Lovo and football coach Jason Eck.
