🔺 Buzzer Beating ‘Bos. The 1,000th game in The Pit was one to remember! The Lobos took Nevada into overtime, then Nelly Junior Joseph hit a buzzer-beater to secure the 82-81 win. He finished the game with 20 points and 10 rebounds for his second double-double of the season. Donovan Dent also scored 20 points with six assists. The Lobos will visit Wyoming tomorrow at 8 p.m. on CBS Sports Network.

🔺 Consistent V. The women’s basketball team also got a win over the weekend to remain undefeated in conference play! The Lobos defeated San Diego State 68-59 on Saturday. Destinee Hooks led the Lobos with 18 points, nine in each half. Viané Cumber extended her free throw streak to 46, leading the NCAA with 97.9% from the free throw line. She finished the game with 12 points, along with Alyssa Hargrove. The Lobos will host Wyoming on Wednesday at 7 p.m.
