🔺 Soarin’ & Scorin’. The Lobos are rollin’! They defeated Air Force 52-37 on Saturday night. The Lobos scored five rushing touchdowns, one receiving touchdown, and a 79-yard Luke Wysong punt return touchdown. Eli Sanders and Devon Dampier each scored two on the ground, while Sol-Jay Maiava-Peters scored one. The Lobos have scored 50 points in back-to-back games for the first time in 108 years. The win marks Coach Mendenhall’s first Mountain West win.

🔺 It’s A Draw. Lobo soccer picked up their fourth point of the week yesterday as they ended in a scoreless draw at Colorado College. Presley Devey was responsible for the Lobos’ two shots on goal. Callie Droitsch recorded her fifth shutout in the goal, facing 15 shots with four on goal. The Lobos improve to 6-4-3 and will host Fresno State on Thursday.

🔺 Fell In Five. Lobo volleyball fell in five sets after a late Nevada run. The match went back and forth, with New Mexico winning the first and third sets and Nevada the second and third. The fifth set came around and the Wolfpack went on a late 6-0 run to win it. The Lobos had a season-high 17 blocks. They’ll return home to host San José State on Thursday.
