Today, we pause to honor a man who moved our country and our society forward in so many ways. As we celebrate victories, moments and stories in each and every Brew, let us remember those who helped pave the paths before us.

🔼 Our House. How ‘bout them Lobos?! The men’s basketball team took down No. 19 San Diego State in a packed Pit on Saturday! The Lobos were named The Field of 68’s Team of the Night after the 88-70 win. Jaelen House led the team with 26 points and five assists. JT Toppin had 17 points, a career-high 16 rebounds, and a career-high five blocks. Jamal Mashburn Jr. added 19 points. The Lobos tied a school record with 14 blocks, five from JT and five from Nelly Joseph Junior. The crowd of 15,437 was the largest at The Pit since 2009.
🔼 Running Records. The track & field team made their 2024 debut at the UW Indoor Preview over the weekend! Habtom Samuel broke the 3,000m program record, his second record-breaking performance in as many meets. He placed fourth in the event with a 7:45.61 time. Mikyla Harkley won the women’s long jump for her first event win of the season. Eleven Lobos placed in the top-10 of their events.
