🔺 Donny Dimes. The men’s basketball team closed out non-conference play with a 78-71 win over VCU! Donovan Dent was the star of the show, scoring a career-high 40 points with five rebounds and four assists. Nelly Junior Joseph and Mustapha Amzil scored 15 each. Joseph added 11 rebounds for a double-double.

🔺 You’re Invited. The women’s basketball team is hosting the Lobo Invitational! They’ll play Sacramento State tonight at 7 p.m. Sac State and Abilene Christian will play each other tomorrow, and the Lobos will play Abilene Christian on Saturday at 1 p.m.

🔺 Smarty Quartet. Four Lobo volleyball student-athletes received academic honors! Lauryn Payne, Liepa Lavickyte, Madeleine Miller, and Elizabeth Woods were named CSC Academic All-District. To be eligible, nominees must compete in 90% of the institution’s matches and have at least a 3.50 GPA.
