🔺 Spring Has Sprung. Spring football begins today! The Lobos will officially hit the practice fields at 8:40 this morning for the first of 15 practices. The Spring Game will be played on April 18 at 6:30 p.m., with a free kids clinic before the game. Hear from Coach Eck and check out the schedule here!

🔺 Dynamic Duo. Two Lobo softball players earned Mountain West honors this week! McKenna Guest was named the Pitcher of the Week after going 2-0 at the Purple Classic with a 0.64 ERA. Natalie Fritz was named Freshman of the Week after going 1-0 with a save. She threw her first shutout against San Diego.

🔺 That’s A Wrap. The women’s basketball season came to a close in the Mountain West quarterfinal yesterday. They fell to San Diego State 63-53. Joana Magalhães was the lone Lobo in double figures with 10 points. They finish the season with an 18-14 overall record and 11-7 in Mountain West play.

🔺 Diamond Rivalry. Lobo softball is staying in New Mexico for the first time this season! They’ll play at New Mexico State today at 5 p.m. before opening Mountain West play at home later this week. The Lobos enter the game on a six-game winning streak. Streaming is unavailable, but fans can keep up with live stats here.
