🔺 Two For Two. The 2025 Mountain West Women’s Indoor Track & Field Student-Athlete of the Year is Lobo Pamela Kosgei! She adds this honor to her collection that includes Mountain West Cross Country Freshman and Athlete of the Year. She anchored New Mexico’s first Mountain West Indoor team title in a decade and recorded two All-American finishes at the NCAA Championships.

🔺 Saddle Up. It’s PBR Weekend in Albuquerque! Lobo baseball is hosting Air Force this weekend and there will be plenty of fun you won’t want to miss! Meet live bulls tonight when gates open at 5 p.m. Bull rider Tiegan Gray will throw tonight’s first pitch, while Ty Murray will throw tomorrow’s. We’re also celebrating service members this weekend with a special flyover tomorrow, weather permitting. Did we mention that admission is free?

🔺 Weekend At Home. The women’s tennis team is home for two Mountain West matchups this weekend! They’ll host Fresno State today at noon. The Bulldogs are tied with the Lobos for fifth in the conference. On Sunday, they’ll host San José State at 11 a.m.

🔺 Driving In The Dessert. The Lobo women’s golf team will compete in the PING/ASU Invitational in Arizona, facing 12 other teams, including eight top-80 opponents. The tournament, held at Papago Golf Club, will be played today through Sunday. The Lobo lineup includes Maria Garcia, Annie Saechueng, Chelsea Truong, Maria Caparros Levin, and Rebecca Galasso. Sophia Zamarripa is playing as an individual.
