🔺 Sweep Complete. The New Mexico women’s track & field team completed a sweep of 2024-25 Mountain West Cross Country, Indoor, and Outdoor Championships! They won their first outdoor team title in program history, scoring 153 points total. Darren Gauson was named the Mountain West Women’s Coach of the Year for the third time this season.

The men’s team placed second after recording the highest-scoring team outing at a conference championship meet since 2011. Mathew Kosgei was named the Mountain West Men’s Track Performer of the Meet.

🔺 Senior Day Dub. Lobo baseball took down Fresno State 12-10 on Saturday’s Senior Day. The Lobos racked up 18 hits to reach the 30-win mark for the first time since 2017. They finish the regular season third in the Mountain West standings. They’ll hold the No. 3 seed at this week’s Mountain West Tournament, playing No. 6-seed San José State on Wednesday.
