Good morning, New Mexico. New Mexico baseball heads to Mesa, Ariz., this week as the No. 5 seed in the Mountain West Baseball Championship, opening against No. 4 Nevada tomorrow at 7:05 p.m. MT.

It's a win-or-go-home opener for the Lobos as a victory would send them into the double-elimination bracket against top-seeded San Diego State. New Mexico is making its third straight tournament appearance and looking for its first MW tournament title since 2016.

🔺 Season’s End. New Mexico men's golf wrapped up its season at the NCAA Bryan Regional, finishing 11th after a tough 13-over opening round proved too much to overcome despite rallying with even par and 2-under scores in the final two rounds. Johnnie Clark led the Lobos at 2-under, tying for 26th individually.

🔺 New Addition. New Mexico women's basketball has rounded out its coaching staff with the addition of KK Rodriguez as special assistant to the head coach. Rodriguez begins her coaching career after a playing stint at SIUE, where she averaged 12.5 points, 4.3 rebounds, and 1.7 steals per game over three seasons. She previously played three years at Tulsa.

🔺 Bon Voyage, Lobos. New Mexico volleyball invites fans to a free sendoff open house this Saturday at The Pit before the Lobos head to Europe for a 12-day foreign tour. Fans can watch open training from 11 a.m.–1 p.m. and stick around for a meet-and-greet with the team from 1–2 p.m. The Lobos will travel June 2–14, visiting Prague, Vienna, Maribor, and Milan for up to six international matches as they gear up for head coach Brian Hosfeld's first season leading the program this fall.
