🔺 Chasing Championships. The NCAA Outdoor Track & Field Championships begin today! Three Lobo men will compete this evening. Mathew Kosgei will race in the men’s 3,000m steeplechase semifinal at 5:38 p.m. At 7:56 p.m., Habtom Samuel and Ishmael Kipkurui will compete in the men’s 10,000m final. Overall, the Lobos will have 11 athletes competing this week - the second-most in program history.

🔺 Nine On It. Lobo baseball’s Josh McAlister was named ABCA All-Central Region First Team! He finished the 2025 season with a career-high 17 home runs, helping the team match the single-season program home run record.

🔺 Ottomatic. Lobo baseball’s Ethan Ott also earned ABCA All-Central Region honors! He was named to the Second Team after finishing the season with 16 homers and 22 doubles.
