🔺 Oregon Trail. Lobo track & field finished the NCAA West Regionals with 11 total qualifiers for the NCAA Outdoor Championships in Eugene, Oregon! Habtom Samuel makes his NCAA Championship return in the men’s 5,000m and 10,000m. Joining him in both events will be Ishmael Kipkurui. Pamela Kosgei will be racing in the women’s 5,000m and 10,000m. The women’s 4×400m relay squad also qualified for nationals.
🔺 Yes Sir. Lobo men’s basketball has signed Sir Marius Jones, a 6-4 guard from Sacramento. He was a third-team all-state honoree and averaged 20.9 points per game last season and over 1,600 career points. He will be a freshman in the 2025-26 season.
