🔺 A Draw. New Mexico women’s soccer battled to a Sunday afternoon draw against the Colorado School of Mines. The Lobos got goals from Nicole Anderson, Alysa Whelchel, and Kennedy Brown to get to 1-0-1 on the season. New Mexico will face Oregon on August 28 at 7:30pm on the road.

🔺 Tune Up. New Mexico volleyball hit the court on Saturday for an exhibition battle against Highlands. The Lobos swept the first three sets of the match before the two programs played a fourth set just for fun in front of a loud crowd at Johnson. Next up is the team’s regular-season opener on August 29!

It was great to see this familiar face out supporting his fellow Lobos on Saturday afternoon!

🔺 Welcome Home. Scott Waterman will join the Lobo men’s basketball program as Special Assistant to the Head Coach. Waterman brings six seasons of experience as the head coach at Academy of Art University in San Francisco where the DII program made the school’s first two NCAA Tournament appearances in school history under his leadership.
