🔺 Cherry & Silver. One former Lobo is a 2024 Olympic medalist! Josh Kerr took silver in the 1,500m final yesterday with a 3:27.79 time. His time set the British national record. This is his second Olympic medal as he won bronze in Tokyo. Three more Lobos will compete in Paris later this week in the women’s 10,000m final and the women’s marathon.

🔺 All Around Winner. Lobo track & field National Champion Habtom Samuel has won the Mountain West Hal Rothman Sportsmanship Award! The award goes to a student-athlete who has distinguished himself through sportsmanship and ethical behavior. The freshman dominated his first season of collegiate competition, earning five All-American honors.
