The University of New Mexico Spirit Program is excited to host the inaugural Lobo Spirit Golf Classic on Friday, October 2, 2026 at Santa Ana Golf Club. This event brings together alumni, businesses, families, and community supporters for a day of golf while investing in the student-athletes who proudly represent UNM on campus, athletic events, community, and on the national stage. Tournament proceeds help provide essential resources including travel, uniforms, equipment, training opportunities, and overall program development. Whether you're an avid golfer, looking for a fun day with friends, or interested in showcasing your business, we'd love to have you join us. Registration closes September 15, 2026, with any remaining team openings available until tournament day, as space allows. We also offer a variety of sponsorship opportunities for businesses and individuals looking to make an even greater impact. 🔺 Schedule Updates. The men’s basketball team made some adjustments to the 2026-27 schedule. The Lobos changed the date for its game against NAU. The game will now be on Saturday, Nov. 7. UNM added a matchup against Mississippi Valley State on Wednesday, Nov. 25.
