Since 2017, the National Day of Racial Healing has created space for people to connect and imagine a better future together. In the years since, the world around us has changed. For many communities, opportunities that should be available to all—like access to good schools, quality health care, healthy food, and steady work—remain out of reach. Trust in our systems has been shaken, and our divisions have grown, making healing more urgent than ever.

Still, millions of neighbors, coworkers, loved ones, parents, and children continue to show up for one another. They share lived experiences, build trust where they live, learn, and work, and strengthen a sense of belonging through everyday connection. These daily acts of courage and care show that racial healing is both necessary and possible.

January 20th marked the 10th anniversary of the National Day of Racial Healing, continue to join us and take a step toward understanding, connection, and healing.
