🔼 Chill Bill. The Mountain West Football Offensive Player of the Week is Jacory Croskey-Merritt! The Lobo running back had 209 yards and two touchdowns in Saturday’s big win. He was also named the Pueblo of Santa Ana Star Casino Hotel Star of the Game. He averaged 10 yards per carry as the Lobos reached their first 300-yard rushing game since 2018. Jacory is just 43 yards away from 1,000 rushing yards on the season.

🔼 Kohl World. Lobo newcomer Charlotte Kohl was named the Mountain West Women’s Basketball Player of the Week! She logged her first double-double of the season, second of her career, against Texas A&M-Commerce. She also had a career-high 14 points, 20 rebounds, four blocks, and an assist. Charlotte is the first Lobo to record 20 rebounds in a game since 2016.

🔼 Vegas, Baby. The men’s basketball team is starting their journey in the Ball Dawgs Classic at the Dollar Loan Center in Las Vegas tonight! Their first opponent of the week is Toledo. They’ll go on to play Rice tomorrow, take a break for Thanksgiving, and end the tournament on Friday against Pepperdine. All games will be streamed on FloHoops with a subscription. 🔼  Topp Of The Conference. The honors just kept rolling in yesterday! JT Toppin was named the Mountain West Men’s Basketball Freshman of the Week! He recorded his first career double-double against UT Arlington last week as the first Lobo true freshman to post a double-double since 2011-12. He set career-highs with 15 points and 10 rebounds and highs in field goals and attempts.

🐺 ONE BIG THING

After further review and some triple-checking, Donte Martin is now the New Mexico record holder for pass breakups! He had two pass breakups in Saturday’s win, pushing his stats to 32 in his career. He has officially passed Quin Glover.
