🔼 Career Day For QB1. The Mountain West Player of the Week is our very own Dylan Hopkins! He had a career-high four touchdown passes which tied for the second-most in school history. He also completed 13-of-17 passes and threw for 273 yards. New Mexico’s 56 points were the most scored in a game since 2018.

🔼 One Down. The men’s golf team wrapped up the Mirabel Maui Jim Intercollegiate with a strong final round. They shot 13-under on Sunday for the second-lowest round of the day. The team tied for 6th overall in the 15-team field. Matthew Watkins finished 6th individually and Carson Herron scored 11-under, his lowest score of his collegiate career. They’ll be back at it this weekend at the USF Intercollegiate in San Francisco.

🔼 Another One. Lobo volleyball’s Uxue Guereca was named Mountain West Offensive Player of the Week. She led the conference with 55 points and 48 kills over the weekend. She also logged a double-double against North Dakota. The Lobos were named tournament champions for the third weekend in-a-row. This is the second weekly award for a Lobo after Angela Crosetti was named Defensive Player of the Week after week one.

Remembering 9/11. The Lobo football team helped out at University Stadium yesterday while our ROTC cadets participated in the stair climb to honor and remember those who lost their lives on September 11, 2001.
