Mic’d Up With Ocho Cinco. We have another mic’d up episode for you! This time, we mic’d up tight end Trace Bruckler. No. 85 is entering this redshirt sophomore season. The Frisco, Texas native played in 11 games his freshman year and 4 last season before suffering an injury in the LSU game. In 2021, he was second on the team with 15 receptions and 194 yards. He led the team with 3 touchdown catches that year. He’ll be an exciting player to watch this season!

🔼 The Time Is Now. After two exhibition matches, it’s finally time for Lobo soccer to kick off the regular season. The Lobos are hosting Texas Tech tonight at 7:30pm to start their three-game home series. This will be the fifth time the Lobos have started their season against the Red Raiders. There are 10 newcomers on the roster with 7 freshmen and 3 transfers.

The team just earned the 2022-23 College Team Academic Award by the United Soccer Coaches for having the highest GPA in the nation, 3.85!

🔼 4-Piece. The Lobo volleyball team tied with San Diego State for fourth in the Mountain West Preseason Coaches’ Poll! The Lobos finished last season 17-12 and earned a second-straight trip to the MWC Tournament. They return nine players who combined for 70% of the Lobos’ points last year, including 2022 All-Mountain West Outside Hitter Kaitlyn Biassou. There are seven newcomers that consist of four freshman and three graduate transfers. The Lobos will host New Mexico Highlands for an exhibition match on Saturday at 1:00pm.
