🔺 Secured the Position. Ryan Berryman is the new Vice President and Director of Athletics. He is removing the interim tag from the role he has held since January 1, 2026. The three-time UNM graduate and New Mexico native becomes one of the youngest athletics directors in Division I. He is also the first Lobo alumnus to lead the department in the modern era.

🔺 Watch Him! Baseball player Karsen Waslefsky has been named to the Watch List for the College Baseball Foundation’s Brooks Wallace Award. Waslefsky is a senior who plays shortstop. So far, he has started 11 games and holds a perfect 1.000 fielding percentage with 27 assists and 16 putouts on 43 opportunities. He’s turned three double plays so far this season.
