🔺 Two-Day Event. The track and field team competed at the NM Collegiate Classic. On day one, Rasha Badrani placed seventh in the 200m. Her personal best time moved her up to No. 4 on the UNM All-Time Indoor List. On day two, Taniya Looney broke the UNM record in the 60m. Rebecca Grieve broke the New Mexico record in the 400m. The 4×400m Relay squad also broke the school record.

🔺 Opening Games. The softball team competed in the Getterman Classic this past weekend. The Lobos won two games. The women beat Northwestern 3-0, fell to Wichita State 1-0 and beat Northwestern again 2-0. McKenna Guest threw her first complete game and first shutout of the season against Northwestern. Caitlin Benningfield earned her first career win, and Arianna Capek got her first career save.

🔺 Court Report. The women’s tennis team faced UTRGV this past weekend and won 4-3. The Lobos won two doubles matches and three singles matches. The men’s tennis team beat UT Arlington 6-1 on Sunday.
