📈 STOCK UP

🔼  Spring Sweeping. The men’s tennis team got their second-straight conference win with a 4-0 sweep at Nevada. The Lobos won the only doubles match that counted due to a Wolf Pack forfeit. Another forfeit put the Lobos up 2-0, meaning they just needed two points. Singles wins from Aram Noroozian and Georgio Samaha gave the Lobos the 4-0 win. They’ll play at San Diego State and former Lobo Gene Carswell today at 11 am.

🔼 Still On Top. The women’s tennis team moved to 6-0 in conference after matching the men and sweeping Nevada 4-0 on Friday. They extended their doubles point wins to 15-straight. They went on to fall to No. 65 San Diego State, 4-3, on Sunday after ending the doubles point streak. The Lobos still sit at the top of the Mountain West at 6-1 and 17-2 overall. They’ll host Wyoming on Sunday for Senior Day.

🔼 Hit City. Lobo baseball recorded 24 hits and 17 runs in their two games against Sam Houston over the weekend. They dropped game one, 23-14 on Friday. Yes, that’s a baseball score. Reed Spenrath went 4-for-5 with a home run and a double. Gene Trujillo and Josh McAlister also hit long balls in the loss. Saturday’s game was cancelled due to winds and the Lobos fell in Sunday’s finale, 14-3. Daxton Purser threw a career-high nine strikeouts in 3.2 innings. They’ll be back in action tomorrow at New Mexico State.

🔼 Jaelen’s House. It was an electric homecoming weekend for Jaelen House. He was named the MVP of the Reese’s All-Star Game in his hometown of Phoenix, Arizona during Final Four festivities. He scored 16 points and added four assists for the West Team. Hear from Jaelen after the game!
