📈 STOCK UP

🔼 Stayin’ Alive. The men’s golf team is NCAA Championships bound for the second-straight year! The Lobos finished the NCAA West Lafayette Regional in fifth-place at 2-under. Bastien Amat tied for second individually after shooting 6-under, one shot off the individual lead. Matthew Watkins finished tied for 10th-place at 3-under. They’ll play at the NCAA Championships May 24-26.

🔼  Season Finale. Lobo baseball is on the road at San José State for their final series of the regular season. The Lobos need one win to clinch their first Mountain West Tournament berth since 2017. They’re coming off a week that earned Reed Spenrath Mountain West Player of the Week, while Dayne Pengelly was named Pitcher of the Week. Earlier this season, the Lobos took two from the Spartans at home. The series will start tonight at 7:05 pm.

🔼 Champions Do Extra. This week, we’re focusing on Lobo football’s guiding principle, “Champions Do Extra.” If you want to be the best, you have to do more than everybody else. Edge coach Jan Jorgensen breaks down this principle he’s lived by since he was a child. This mantra can be used for everything you do in life, not just football. Coach Jorgensen had an MMA career outside of playing and coaching under Coach Mendenhall.
