🔼 No Quit New Mexico. The Lobos put up a fight at No. 13 Colorado State to open up Mountain West play, but ultimately fell 68-76. JT Toppin led the way with 17 points and 11 rebounds. He scored the most points by a Lobo freshman in a Mountain West debut and was the first to score double figures in his first conference game since 2004-05. Jaelen House, Jamal Mashburn Jr., and Donovan Dent also reached double-digits in scoring. House went 4-for-5 from three, but was in foul trouble early. The Lobos will host Wyoming on Saturday at 8 pm.
