🔼 Shutout & Advance. The men’s tennis team breezed through the Mountain West Tournament quarterfinal last night, shutting out UNLV 4-0. Arda Azkara and Alex Maggs won at No. 1 doubles, 6-0. Arthur Bellegy won his 20th singles match of the year and is now second on the team. They’ll take on Boise State, a team that just blanked the Lobos last weekend, in the semifinal today at 6 pm..

🔼 Our Time. The regular season Mountain West title-owning women’s tennis will get things started at the Mountain West Tournament this morning. They’ll take on eight-seed San José State in the quarterfinals at 11 am. Earlier this season, the Lobos won 4-3 in San José. Like the men’s team, they’ll be playing in Las Vegas.

🔼 Test Our Luck. Two Lobo women’s golfers found out their NCAA Regional fate! Lauren Lehigh and Myah McDonald will compete as individuals at the Spanish Trail Country Club in Las Vegas, May 6-8. This will be Lauren’s fourth appearance and Myah’s third at an NCAA Regional. The top individual will advance to the NCAA Championship.

🐺 ONE BIG THING

Meet The Newest Lobo. The women’s basketball team is welcoming 6’1 forward Amhyia Moreland! She spent the last two seasons at San José State after starting out at Old Dominion. Last season, she averaged 11.6 points per game while shooting 54% from the floor and 42.9% from three-point range.
