Lobos Brew 6/5: Three of a kind

Today, the number of the day is three.

Good morning! The number of the day is three. It’s the number of dimensions that humans can readily perceive. It’s the number of primary colors that illuminate our world. And it’s the number of new Lobos in several programs around campus.

So, hopefully that morning cup of joe has cooled because much like three… today’s Brew is a crowd (of great New Mexico Athletics information).

What are we throwing into today’s Brew?

🎾 Trio of new Lobos are on the way
🏀 Hitting the ground running

🎾 Philip Bosin in an Albuquerque native, joining Georgio Samaha on the Lobo squad as Eldorado grads. He was the New Mexico 5A high school singles champion in 2022 and 2023, is a 4-star recruit, and earned a Top 25 in the USTA Southwest Section ranking by TennisRecruiting.net.

🎾 Avery Tallakson is from Woodbridge High School in Irvine, California. The winner of the 2023 Pac Coast League singles title, Tallakson is ranked No. 20, and a 4-star recruit by TennisRecruiting.net in the state of California for the 2023 class. ✍️ Incoming freshman Paris Lauro was a three-time conference champion in high school, and state champion after winning during the 2021-2022 season.
