🔼 Let’s Play More. The men’s golf season isn’t over! The 23rd-ranked Lobos will head to Indiana for the NCAA West Lafayette Regional, May 13-15. They’ll own the No. 4 seed and play against Vanderbilt, Arizona, Florida, Purdue, San Diego State, Mississippi State, Indiana, Charleston, Stetson, Colorado State, Southern Illinois, and Tennessee Tech. The top five teams from the regional will advance to the NCAA Championships. This will be the Lobos’ 31st NCAA Regional since 1989.

🔼 Coming To A Close. Lobo softball will wrap up their conference schedule at home beginning today. They’ll host Fresno State tonight at 6 pm. Both teams have won four of their last six games. Lobo fans can get tickets here or tune in on the Mountain West Network.

🔼 Two Ways. There are two ways to do something in Lobo football: right or again. “Two ways: the right way or again” is one of Coach Mendenhall and Lobo football’s Guiding Principles. This principle is a commitment to perfection and creating a habit of doing things right every time. Hear from running backs coach Kirk Garner about the meaning.

🔼 Still On Top. The Lobo men’s track & field team came in at No. 28 overall in the USTFCCCA ranking! The men’s 10,000m team ranked No. 1 in the nation for the fifth-straight week. The women’s 5,000m squad landed at No. 15. Conference championships are next week and the Lobos have 22 marks that are top three on the Mountain West Outdoor Performance list. Brodie Young, Dylan Burrows, Habtom Samuel, Mercy Kirarei, and Nicola Jansen are No. 1 in their events.

🐺 ONE BIG THING

Senior Send-Offs. This weekend will be the last for the seniors at Lobo Softball Field. We’re spending this time reflecting on their memories of softball and their time at New Mexico. Hear from Rachel Hathoot! She leads the team with a .380 batting average. She also leads with 35 runs scored and 62 hits.
